Ms. Rizalyn V. Janio is a Reference Librarian and the section head of Information Services and Instruction, University Library, University of the Philippines Diliman. Ms. Janio received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees on Library and Information Science from the School of Library and Information Studies, University of the Philippines Diliman. She has presented papers on bibliometrics and citation analysis at Qualitative and Quantitative Methods in Libraries (QQML)-London, 2016 and Italy, 2019  and Research Applications, Information and Library Studies (RAILS)-Australia in 2017.
